Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Haullr, the dump truck dispatch service operated by Rowdy Rigs Hauling LLC (“Haullr,” “we,” “us”), including our website, phone line, text messages and app. By using Haullr you agree to these terms.
The service
Haullr takes requests for dump truck hauling, collects the job details, and sends the job to available drivers. Calls, texts, quotes and confirmations may be handled in part by automated tools, including an AI assistant. A person on our team approves every job before it posts and is available to help.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate job details, including locations, material, quantities, site access and timing.
- Make sure the site is safe and reachable for a dump truck, and that you have any permits the job needs.
- Do not request hauling of hazardous, illegal or prohibited materials unless we have agreed to it in writing.
- Keep your login for the Haullr app private.
Quotes, scheduling and payment
Prices, deposits, payment timing and cancellation terms are set out in your quote, offer or invoice. A job is confirmed when we confirm it to you. Arrival times are estimates and can change with weather, traffic, site conditions or driver availability.
Drivers
Drivers who take a job through Haullr agree to complete it as described in the offer, follow site and safety rules, and keep their licenses, insurance and equipment current. Each offer states the pay and when it is paid.
Text message program
- Program: Haullr job and dispatch messages.
- What you will receive: quotes, job offers, dispatch and scheduling updates, arrival times, hours and tickets, and support messages.
- How you opt in: by giving us your mobile number on our website, in the app, by phone or in person, and agreeing to receive texts.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email support@haullr.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, try to reach accounts that are not yours, or use it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimers
The website and app are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we do not guarantee that the website or app will always be available or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Haullr is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount paid for that job.
Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses if a claim arises from inaccurate job information you gave us, unsafe site conditions you controlled, or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
